Hearing Jiang Qin recount the events one by one, Xiao Yu’s expression was dark and terrifying. Even those beside him, including Tai Sui, were brimming with murderous intent.

“Big brother, those two from the Seven Minor Families are simply courting death! Let me go—I'll kill them both myself! If their families dare interfere, we’ll wipe them out together!” Tai Sui spoke with venom, and Liu He and the others nodded in agreement. Clearly, the matter of Ye Shihan being bullied had ignited their fury completely.

Jiang Qin, standing nearby, shivered at their words, frightened by the murderous aura radiating from the four men.

“Did the other side say which two families from the Seven Minor Families? Do you know where they are now?” Xiao Yu’s voice was heavy. Since his return to Phoenix City, Ye Shihan had been harmed again and again, which was the opposite of why he had come back. This incident had thoroughly enraged him.

“It’s the Wang family and the Mu family from the Seven Minor Families. My people have been following them. I’ll ask their current location.” With that, Jiang Qin quickly pulled out his phone, spoke briefly, then hung up and looked at Xiao Yu. “They went into the Dragonflight Grand Hotel and haven’t come out since.”

“Liu He, White Tiger, stay here and protect your sister-in-law. Tai Sui, you come with me! I want to see what kind of courage the Seven Minor Families have, to dare lay hands on my wife!” Xiao Yu, his anger blazing, spoke and then left the villa with Tai Sui and the others, speeding toward the Dragonflight Grand Hotel.

On the top floor of the Dragonflight Grand Hotel, in the presidential suite.

Two young men, both appearing just over twenty, lay naked and wrapped in towels upon the bed. Two women in black business suits were meticulously applying medicine to the bruised spots on their backs.

The sting from the medicine prompted occasional cries of pain from the young men. In the room, aside from the two youths and the women, there were also two middle-aged men in traditional attire, with resolute faces, quietly standing by the window.

“Damn it! I, Murong Fu, have never been so humiliated in my life! How dare they lay hands on me—if I find out who those people were, I’ll wipe out their whole family! Ow! Be gentle!” The red-haired youth spat out his words viciously. He was Murong Fu, young master of the Mu family, one of the Seven Minor Families of Yan Jing.

“That’s right! We must avenge this! We’re people of status—if we let this go, where will our reputation end up?” The youth beside Murong Fu, equally fierce, was Wang Jie, young master of the Wang family among the Seven Minor Families.

“Rest assured, young masters, I’ve already pulled strings to investigate these people. News should come soon,” a middle-aged man said respectfully.

“Seventh Uncle, you must give those people a harsh lesson, or I’ll never get over this! And that woman—I want her kneeling before me, begging for forgiveness!” Murong Fu’s face twisted with rage.

“Don’t worry, young master!” Seventh Uncle nodded quickly.

“Murong, perhaps we should spare her the apology,” Wang Jie interjected with a sly smile.

“Hey, Wang Jie, whose side are you on? If not for that woman, we wouldn’t be like this! How can you plead for her?” Murong Fu’s mood soured at Wang Jie’s words.

“I didn’t say that. I just think she’s quite pretty. If we sold her, she’d fetch a good price.” Wang Jie’s face was slick with a sinister smile.

“You really are full of wicked ideas. But if we’re to sell her, we ought to enjoy her first. You know, with her figure and looks, she’s goddess-level even in Yan Jing.” Murong Fu laughed lewdly.

Bang!

Just then, a violent crash sounded, jolting everyone in the room. They all whipped around.

The tightly closed door had been kicked open with sheer force from outside, smashing into the coffee table inside the room.

Immediately after, several figures strode in from the hallway—four in total. All wore expressions as cold as ice.

When Wang Jie and Murong Fu saw Jiang Qin, who walked in last, their shock vanished, replaced instantly by fury.

“Damn it, we didn’t go looking for you, and you dare show up here! Let’s see where you run today!” Murong Fu, enraged, disregarded his injuries and leaped to his feet.

“And you all—you must be this bastard’s reinforcements. Don’t worry, none of you will escape.” Murong Fu pointed at Xiao Yu, his face arrogant.

“Such foul language. Tai Sui, slap him.” Xiao Yu’s voice was indifferent, not even glancing at the people in the room.

As Xiao Yu finished speaking, Tai Sui moved like lightning. Before anyone could react, Tai Sui swung his hand and struck Murong Fu’s face hard.

Murong Fu was used to flaunting his family’s influence, spoiled and pampered—he couldn’t withstand Tai Sui’s slap. His body flew across the room, slammed into the wall, and then crashed to the floor.

On the ground, Murong Fu spat out a mouthful of blood, with several white teeth mixed in.

Clutching his swollen face, Murong Fu stared at Tai Sui and the others in disbelief, mumbling, “You… you actually hit me! Seventh Uncle, teach them a lesson! I want them to regret ever being born!”

Seventh Uncle snapped out of his shock at Murong Fu’s words, but he didn’t rush to act. Tai Sui’s slap had thoroughly intimidated him.

With his skill, he hadn’t even seen how this burly man had struck. As a martial artist, he could sense the aura emanating from Xiao Yu’s group. He wouldn’t act rashly before knowing their true strength.

“How dare you! Do you know who you just hit? He’s the young master of the Mu family—one of Yan Jing’s Seven Minor Families! Can you afford to offend them?” Seventh Uncle gritted his teeth.

“Dry tongue.” Xiao Yu’s indifferent reply sounded like a signal. As he finished, Tai Sui’s figure flashed, charging at the middle-aged man.
