Chapter 103: Stirring Up Trouble on Weibo
In the afternoon, on the school forum, a post suddenly appeared out of nowhere: had the discipline director been replaced by the teacher from Class Twelve?
The post said that when the author had passed by the discipline director’s office today, the person sitting inside was none other than Teacher Jin from Class Twelve.
At first, the thread drew little attention, gathering only a few scattered comments.
"Wow, my God! The discipline director actually carried out that wager and gave his position to the head teacher of Class Twelve? I thought this would just quietly vanish into nothing."
"So he really stopped being discipline director just like that? For some reason, I’m suddenly a little sad."
"How can the head teacher of Class Twelve even handle her own students, let alone be a proper discipline director? Aren’t you even a little worried?"
"Seconding the above! I’m worried too. Didn’t the students from that class bully someone from Class One in the cafeteria before? And afterward, there was no sign that Class Twelve’s head teacher did anything to punish them... A person like that... heh..."
"What are you talking about? If the head teacher of Class Twelve becomes discipline director, with that group of unruly students in their class, do we still have any way out? At least the old discipline director could keep them in check. But would Class Twelve’s head teacher bother with this?"
A few doubts surfaced here and there, and soon the thread sank back down.
So that afternoon, Wen Zixin, bored and idly scrolling through the forum, had not even seen the post...
Yet in the space of just one class period, that thread had somehow been pushed up into the hot posts.
When Wen Zixin checked the forum again, it was the first thing she saw.
Just looking at it made her angry.
The scattered comments had been followed by two videos.
After that, the number of people cursing grew rapidly.
"My God! They dare bully people like that at school? That’s way too bold!"
"The first video seems to be from before. I saw it in the cafeteria myself, though I didn’t dare say anything at the time."
"The people in their class have always been arrogant. That new Gu Ci is no different. None of them are good!"
"So now the head teacher who produced such a batch of students is going to be our discipline director?"
"Isn’t that outrageous? Why should she be the discipline director? Besides, the former discipline director already apologized to them in front of the entire school. After all that, why are they still being so petty? Do they have to drive the old discipline director out of office before they’ll be satisfied?"
"Coming over from Weibo. I’ve long thought this class should be expelled entirely. They can’t be allowed to affect the progress of the other students just because of them! With such awful things in that video having happened before, their head teacher actually became the discipline director? Does that even make sense? What kind of teacher can produce students like this? I’m guessing that discipline director was forced out by her. If there’s nothing shady going on here, I will never believe it!"
"I’m also here from Weibo, and I hope the school will seriously and carefully consider this matter. With students and a discipline director like this in the school, how are our children supposed to study in peace?"
"Exactly! If your school insists on keeping these students, fine—keep them there and watch them properly. But a teacher like that does not deserve to be discipline director!"
"I used to think it was no big deal to let these students stay at school, but after watching the two videos above, I realized I had still been far too naive! If students like this remain on campus, won’t our children have to worry about their safety at every moment? How can they possibly study properly then? I suggest your school directly expel the tumor in that class, along with that teacher, and give our children a proper learning environment!"
The more Wen Zixin read, the more confused she became.
She clicked open the two videos above.
Wen Zixin recognized one of them immediately: it was the incident from a few days ago, when she had taken Gu Ci to the cafeteria and had been blocked by Duan Jingyi and the others from Class One, only to turn the tables on them in the end.
But the person who uploaded the video had deliberately cut out the part where Duan Jingyi and the others had intentionally bought out all the pepper-salt ribs and mandarin fish from the cafeteria windows, leaving only the part where Gu Ci and Xiao Yang, with his underlings, had surrounded Duan Jingyi and the others.
Watching that video, anyone would think it was Gu Ci and Xiao Yang who had bullied Duan Jingyi and the others!
If Wen Zixin herself had not been there that day, she would almost have believed the video over reality.
The other video was simply the scene from yesterday, when they had just blocked the students from Class One.
Likewise, there was no sound in the video, so the smug voice from later on, when Duan Jingyi pretended to be ill, did not come through at all.
Wen Zixin was furious and replied at once:
"The situation is nothing like what you’re all imagining, okay? In the first video, it was people from Class One, led by Duan Jingyi, who came looking for trouble with us."
"The second video was Duan Jingyi pretending to be sick and deliberately refusing to apologize. We only stopped them because we wanted to ask things clearly—we did not do anything to anyone from Class One! Please be responsible before you speak, and don’t slander people so casually!"
But there were too many replies below, and Wen Zixin’s comment was quickly buried beneath a sea of abuse.
Some people even noticed her comment and immediately targeted her with insults.
"The person above must be a student from Class Twelve, that’s why you’re saying this, right? The students from Class One are all good students. How could they possibly come looking for trouble with you? Lying like this at such a young age—you’re obviously not a good one!"
"Would the obedient kids from Class One really come looking for trouble with you? Twisting the truth like that isn’t something someone like you should be doing. Your grades may be bad enough, but your character is like this too. Let’s see how you survive once you enter society!"
Seeing those comments, Wen Zixin was so angry her eyes went red.
Damn them for learning to lie at such a young age!
Damn them for saying her grades were poor and her character was bad too!
In truth, although the students in their class did not have good grades and were often called little devils, they were really only a bit overbearing.
The reason they had become so notorious was that students from another school had previously seen that the people in their class all came from wealthy families and had tried to extort them.
So Xiao Yang had led the students from their class into a fight with them!
Aside from that, unless someone from the school provoked them first, most of the students in their class would absolutely never go out of their way to provoke anyone else.
Just then, someone in the class spoke up.
"Did you all see the thread on the forum?"
A few scattered voices with faint sneers answered, "Yeah."
Then the rest of the students in Class Twelve, those who had not yet heard about it, lowered their heads almost in unison and opened the forum on their phones.
