Preface to the Release

Tomorrow the new book goes on sale, and starting at noon it will count as VIP.

I am doing all right with this book, though I am often criticized for the plot being too poisonous and the protagonist being far too much of a doormat. Fortunately, every day there are still many readers encouraging me, which lets me keep writing.

As a newcomer, my skill is limited. Master Toad said that if I can keep analyzing fifty books, then plot development will come naturally. I have already gone through eight, and I hope this book only gets better and better.

No matter how it performs, I will write it to at least a million words. After it goes live, I will update no less than five thousand words a day, and if I have the time I will burst out with extra updates. Rest assured.

I hope the first-day subscription can reach around one hundred fifty; that alone would make me very satisfied, after all, this is my first book.

Tomorrow I will update five chapters at once.
